About Us
Buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions a person can make. There are so many details to consider; including location, what you like vs. what you need, price…and did I mention location?
As you consider these important decisions, I would like to share a bit about my own background and journey of home ownership. Originally licensed in 2006 in the states of GA and TN, I worked hard to provide excellent service to my clients. Outside of the real estate industry, I had other careers in banking, insurance and ultimately spent 16 years working in the healthcare industry, while focusing primarily on Senior Adults.
As mentioned above, I spent 16 years working with Senior Adults and their adult children in the healthcare industry. The allowed me to gain extensive knowledge of Senior Living Communities and other resources available to Seniors throughout Metro Atlanta. I strive to help people in all stages of life as I continue my own journey. I have additional training and a special designation from the National Association of Realtors as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® This additional training, combined with my previous experience allows me to guide Senior Adults and their adult children through issues which impact seniors, including the need to downsize, move into a Senior Living Facility (SLF) or move-in with their adult children.
My personal experiences with real estate have also helped me to gain insight into several options of home ownership. I have personally experienced the joys and pains that sometimes come along with owning rental property. I have purchased homes throughout Metro Atlanta including a high-rise condo in the heart of Midtown, a townhouse in the Toco Hills area and single-family homes near the Oak Grove area and Sandy Springs area. There are pros and cons to each of those home types and locations and I’m ready to share my personal experiences with you and serve as your guide throughout this process.
